so im in a 24 plus 2 guaranteed 17k. Im at a great table. Not too aggressive. Just like I like it. Were takeing chips from new players comeing in. Basically then passing them around. It was really nice. I was sitting there with 3k. Never was going up much. But not down either. Im just watching the field get lower. I probaby saw under 5 allins the first hour and half. Then im moved to the donk table of the tourney. A allin almost every hand. So im laying low. I make big raise on BB with aq hearts. No one else is in. He calls with 45 spades. He did have 12k. But i bet 480 on 160 blinds. Anyway ace hits the flp. Theres 2 spades up. I bet another 480. He calls me allin. Im thinking crap he hit ace rag 2 pair. I call anyway. Hes on the flush draw. So im out. Hours of patience for nothing. lol gl everyone

doing OK without much to work with....blinds are 800/1600 with 200 ante, i'm in the BB with 12.5K chips 6 spots from the payouts and am pleased to find pocket aces. middle position pops it 5k more and i'm trying not to smile. easy push for either a fold or a call. guy thinks long and hard. a fold leaves him with about 10K and a loss leaves him shortstacked with 4K. dude has to know he is behind, I've been patient and not involved in too many pots. finally he calls with KsTs and it looks like i'm headed for the money. i'm 81% to take the pot and start stacking my 27K chips that would have me in the top 5.....even after the flop comes with 2 spades i'm still a 61-39% favorite....but there is little drama as the 2s comes on the turn and i walk away quietly shaking my head.

did pretty well at the sahara a couple of nights later too - just missed the money again. 108 entrants/10 paid and i went out 13 after 3+ hours of way below average cards. (only pp was 77 and best ace was AQ)

SOme of those hand really suck. I have to add mine. Sorry no detail script. But I hadd AA went all in. Called, he had AA flop comes 3 diamonds. He has Ad. Turn comes a 4th diamond then the river a 5th. Seeya Pj! Now that sucks.

yes i dont have a detailed description from pokerstars because i was just so pissed. It is an 18 person 1.20 tourny so i suppose to can expect this but idk. There are 5 people left, 4 pay out. Im in 3rd place with about 5000 chips. Im BB and look down at AsQs. Blinds are 200/400 so i bump it up 3x the bb and the guy in second reraises me 800 leaving me with about 2000 left. Flop is A rag 10. He checks and I push my remaining 2000+ into the pot. He doesnt think long and calls and turns over JJ. Turn is a J and he hits his 2 outer. He had to know i was holding an ace and he had 2 outs but made the call anyway. I had been playing pretty tight and i still dont know how he made the call. Then on top of it he said o that was lucky. No shit huh??

I had AA in a cash game last night. Villain made it 4BB, I raised to 12BB, he goes all in (had me covered), I call. I flip up AA, he flips up A2s. Flop: 2-2-8. Bye bye stack! To add insult to injury, another 2 came on the river.

Ya almost have to be a masochist to enjoy playing this game!
