Look at what McCain has gone through, in his early years. McCain has risen above what would have destroyed most men, and is a true hero. bash, trash, belittle what the man stands for but think long and hard before you make a personal attack against McCain, Palin, or their familys.

(had to add McCain in, as I dont want to appear Sexist)
key word being appear
Your original question was asking why women aren't fighting for Palin, and I answered it. Why would I fight for someone I don't respect? I would fight *against* someone I don't respect.

Women aren't fighting for Palin because Palin isn't fighting for women. Her record on traditional 'women's issues' is horrendous.

How are you defining "traditional women's issues"?

How about health care, education, environmental concerns, and the right to do what she wants with her body? Sarah Palin ranks as mediocre, horrendous, brutal, and Draconian respectfully on those issues.

That's odd. You're a man. I'm a woman. And yet you seem to care more about most of those issues than I do. Maybe we're just all individuals after all.

I don't understand how anyone can not care about those issues.

Sorry if this was posted prior. I tried to scan the 22 pages...gave up. If it was posted, it is still good to be refreshed.

With your above post, you have my total respect, and your opions on this subject, or any political matter will be read with an open mind. (not that my respect matters to you....but it really does matter to me )

With every thing I have read, heard, and researched on Palin, I believe she is our best choice for VP. I would really like to see some one more middle of the road then someone whom has spent their life in politics. Garbage in Garbage out seems to be the term that comes to mind with so many Rebs and Dems.

But here in the United States, we do embrace each others differences. There is no other Country in the World that has done what we have done, and will do what we continue to do. Sarah Palin was chosen as a running mate, even knowing the Shit Storm that would brew, due to her daughter. No one with even an ounce of sense can place the blame on her.

There will always be a few, sadly it seems like a larger few that cannot get over their anger and hate. They are the ones that smile and laugh over anothers pain. belittle anothers pain and suffering. To them, I feel sorry for. They will never know or understand the feeling of being what they claim they stand for.
