I once got on a flight and found myself in a conversation with
a 16 year girl because she was reading 'On The Road.' She also had
a nice book on 'The Beats.'

I inquired why a 16 year would be interested in such things. She
informed me that it was because she was being home schooled.

It gave me hope.

Well SB I suppose you have to send them to the government indoctrination camp, insist they are injected with mercury and have them drink FLUORIDE laced water, otherwise they might be labeled serial killers or alCIAduh.

WTF do they teach in government schools anyway, most kids that go to state schools here can barely grunt, they cant count past ten but they all end up with certificates. Im serious most of them know fuck all about government, law, money... anything that rules their lives. They come out of these camps mentally impaired drooling with their knuckles dragging on the floor.

To be fair, they do teach them all about GLOBAL warming, how to count to ten, a distorted lesson in History and how to be dependent.

Sadly, everything you just said is still better than coming home to see my future serial killer kid raping his Winnie the Pooh doll wearing clown make-up. This is exactly what a serial killer would do. In fact, over 91% of serial killers rape Winnie the Pooh dolls while wearing clown make-up at some point in their youths. Man, I am really scared of clowns.

Also, I live on Long Island where the public schools totally pwn thanks to the $8K in school taxes I pay every year.

Definitely the tax money. Teachers here are paid really well to the point where people turn down professions as lawyers and accountants to teach. There's like 200 applications for every one posted job opening. Amazingly, paying to attract good talent ACTUALLY YIELDS RESULTS! Now that is a free market economy at work!
