Elvis' Fried Potato Sandwich
Sandwiches - Sandwich - -

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 lb / 225 g bacon browned in some oil (save the oil!)
- 2 russet potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch / 13 mm thick
- Half an onion, chopped
- White bread
- Mustard/Butter

METHOD

Fry the potatoes (chili powder optional) and onions in the bacon grease until well done. Layer bacon, potatoes, and onions on white bread with mustard or butter.
