i'll take a bit of booing over the reaction that probably would have happened if mccain had won. in a perfect world there should have been no booing...but get real, that is a harmless way to vent a bit of frustration.

if you have not seen far more anger during the campaign and even after victory from the obama supporters, you have not been paying attention.

Ok. I'll say again. And start with this. Never in the history of this nation when a candidate has given a concession speech, and not just the presidential candidate, but Senate, House, or any concession speech does the crowd CHEER when the candidate starts off his speech with I just got off the phone with xxxxxxx, and congratulated him/her. The supporters always express their “Booooooss” any one who doesn’t know that hasn’t watched or pay attention to any election.

Or is this the first concession speech you have ever seen. If that is the case, you just didn’t happen to realize what was happening, or even going on.

If you have seen othe concession speeches, then and only then, you would have reazlized that the Mccain supporters, showed more class, then any other group ever assembled.

Start digging old video, and good luck on that.

Now again, I will ask where is the lack of class that was shown

on the video link you posted, listen to it again, and maybe again. I could hear nothing but respect, diginity, and a major amount of class. Mccain several times pointed out, and spoke highly of Obama. what did the crowd do?....clapped, cheered, I felt saddness, then Pride when Mccain first give that speech, I felt the pride of the supporters.

Every single time that McCain brought up the names of either Obama or Biden, the crowd booed. And everytime McCain had to calm them down.

What video did you watch?

Ok, I'm done with this I guess. If someone cant even debate with the truth, there is no point. click back on the clip you supplied. 2 min 12 seconds into the clip, Mccain talks about Obama and the type of man he is. The Mccain crowd cheered Obama at that point, and many other points throughout that concession speech.

hate on me all you want, but when an observer who so seldom posts here makes a comment, 1 single comment, even if it goes against the way you see it...an attack with all the frustrations from previous battles is not the proper response. yet you defend that response and in so doing attacked gigi yourself.

take off the blinders, reflect on your own actions a bit, and find a bit of humility, understanding and compassion instead of trying to deflect the blame onto others.

frank was wrong to attack gigi. if you can't see that you have zero credibility.

the previous post about how some people want to express opinions, but not hear them is quite accurate. sadly it is the status quo that sets a negative tone for this forum.

rational, adult discussions here are impossible when every post by you and frank contains insults directed at those who have an opposing view. it's not cute, it's not clever, it's not witty. it is however quite revealing.
