Clinton did a good job in former Yugoslavia negotiating peace, putting an end to Milosevic and his butchers as well as initiating a democratic process. As far as I know he also did well with Northern Ireland and the Middle East, although I don't have that in fresh memory.

If Dubya had actually paid attention to the briefings at his ranch in the weeks leading up to 9/11 it may have been different. I recall Bill throwing tomahawks into Assghanistan and blowing camps up. Did the same in Sudan (although I think he hit a Burger King instead). At least Bill hasn't been seen playing tonsil hockey with the oppressive rulers of the country that is the reason for this whole mess: Saudi Arabia. Must be nice to take their blood money while Americans are killed in combat.
