Not sure where i should have placed this but I am sure those that know will place it in it's proper home.

Anyhow, I was in a meeting and they talked about this site so i checked it out. It's awesome. Everyone should take a peak before planning there next trip anywhere.

If you have a spontaneous bone in you, you can find some AWESOME last minute trips! Check out their 90 day ticker for last minute cruise specials!

HOWEVER.........once you find the deal, be SURE to call the cruise line DIRECTLY, as 90% of the time they will BEAT the price quoted!!

Here are two more I use for hotel rooms:

Hotels.com and SideStep

ONCE AGAIN......call the hotels after you get the online rate, as they will usually beat the rate you find here.



Remember, MOST online booking agencies do NOT have a LIVE body to get in contact with, should you have a problem. It's always best to book directly with the hotel, cruise, rental car agency, etc........and GET A NAME of whom you spoke with!

Last time i checked I didn't have feathers. You did however, manage to hurt some feelings here with the above comment. Ouch backatcha.

You are assuming that the weekend travel agents who use only the internet will know all of the laws and rules that go along with booking whatever travel needs they have. I have been in the industry for 22 years and things change daily and can be costly to the consumer. The airline, car, hotel etc. are imposing very strict penalties for cancellations and other things. Using a travel agent and the internet can be very beneficial for all of us.

Paul, trip adviser I use all the time. I don't really use it to book, but they have fantastic consumer reviews. A great rate comparison site with excellent deals that I have found is Travelworm

Hey I never said anything about checking this site for reservations. I only said for reviews before you go someplace. I usually call GG for anything that is not free.

At least i call for rates. xoxox
