Mothers Day Question...

I'm putting together a slideshow/movie thing, with pictures of me and my siblings growing up as a mothers day gift for my mother. Even though I pride myself on my music knowlege, I'm not huge into country(really can't stand it). So if anyone knows of any good background songs that would fit with such a project, I'd appreciate your feedback. It can be any type music country, oldies, easy listening, etc., just so long as the lyrics fit.
Thanks.

Thanks, some good ideas. I've thought about an instumental, but haven't decided yet. My first choice so far is "Because You Loved Me", by Celion Dion. Personally not my cup of tea as far as listening goes, but this aint for me.

Just heard Celine Dion's "If I could....." It was a great slow song, a mother singing to her child. Give a listen.

I've always liked Garth Brooks' "Your Song"

YouTube - It's Your Song- Garth Brooks

BTW, when you hear him choke up at the end, that's when they brought his mother out on stage at a live show.
